The cottage has a stocked kitchen and dining space, a living room area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with heated floors and a washer/dryer. We're tucked into a quiet and beautiful residential neighborhood. Our cottage is ideal for guests who want to slow down, sleep well, and feel genuinely at home in a wonderful and peaceful neighborhood. The bedroom has a queen bed and is ideal for 1 or 2 guests, but the sleeper sofa is easy to set up and can accommodate an additional adult or 1-2 children. **Parking** One parking spot is available to guests in our driveway, and there is free street parking available across the street. **A Few Things to Know** - We are not able to accommodate guest pets at this time, sorry! - No parties or events, please. -In the summer, the grass grows quickly. Routine lawn mowing happens every couple of weeks, usually around 10 am. In the winter, snowstorms are possible, and occasional plowing/shoveling around the unit may be necessary. We can't wait to share this little corner of Maine with you.
